Return & Refund Policy for Luma
At Luma, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Certain items (e.g., clearance, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@luma.io with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
- Notify you of receipt and status of your refund.
- If approved, process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@lumaworld.io
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
